Field Expander changes the playback duration of each field in a clip.
Adjustment Controls
- Field Duration (1…10)
- Determines how long each field will last.
- Mask Sources (None, Single Frame”, Surrounding Fields, Surrounding Frames, Surrounding Frames (doubleDiff))
- The method for generating the motion mask.
- Mask Detail (-10…10)
- Softens the motion mask, changing the level of motion sensitivity.
- Mask Check, Mask Color, Mask Opacity
- Options for previewing the results of the motion difference mask.

Use the download link on any page to get the latest set, including all current beta plugins. Registered users can test the beta tools without watermarks.
Betas are being developed and tested using FCP 5.1. Feedback is helpful and encouraged, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to support for previous versions of FCP and FCE.
