Joe’s Inner Shadow creates a shadow effects inside of transparent clips. This effect works with any transparent clip and all attributes can be animated with keyframes. Setting distance to zero creates an ‘Inner Glow’ effect.

The color of the shadow effect.

Angle (-360 - 360)

The angle of offset, this is sometimes referred to as a ‘global light’.

Distance (0 - 250)

The amount the shadow effect is offset from the original towards the direction specified in ‘Angle’.

Soften (0 - 100)

Blur amount of the shadow shapes.

Shrink/Grow (-100 - 100)

Expands or contracts the shadow shapes. Limited by the current ‘Soften’ value.

Opaque Edges

Determines whether or not the frame edge casts a shadow.

Composite mode for the shadow effect when a background clip is used.

Opacity (0 - 100)

Sets the opacity of the shadow effect.

Original Opacity (0 - 100)

Fades out the original image leaving only the bevel effect. Using a background clip will eliminate any potential color casts.

Toggles the visibility of the original image.
